During our initial meeting, we'll take measurements, photograph the space, discuss your goals, budget, and timeline, and get to know how you live in your home. We'll also explore your personal style, favorite colors, materials, and finishes.

And yes, this is the perfect time to share all those inspiration photos you've been saving!

II. Preliminary Design Review

This is where the transformation begins.

We'll review our initial design concepts, floor plans, and layout ideas while discussing the overall direction of your project. Together, we'll review cabinetry, countertops, backsplash selections, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring, lighting, hardware, and other design details.

Your feedback is invaluable, and we'll refine the design until it reflects your vision.

III. Final Design Review

Once every detail has been thoughtfully refined, we'll review the completed design.

We'll review final floor plans, elevations, finishes, fixtures, and material selections together, making any last adjustments to ensure everything is exactly right. We'll also review project pricing before moving forward.

IV. Design Package Delivery

Now it's time to hand everything over.

You'll receive a comprehensive design package that provides you and your contractor with the information needed to confidently begin construction.

Your package may include:

• Detailed floor plans and elevations

• Cabinetry drawings and dimensions

• Electrical and plumbing layouts

• 3D color renderings

• Digital material boards

• Product specifications

• Finish schedules

• Pricing information

V. Construction

This is where the vision comes to life.

Your contractor will bring the design to reality while we remain available throughout the construction process. Clear communication, site visits, and collaboration help ensure every detail is executed as intended and any questions are addressed promptly.

VI. Final Walkthrough & Photography

The best part.

Together we'll walk through your newly completed space, celebrating every thoughtful detail and making sure everything meets our expectations.

Once the finishing touches are complete, professional photography captures your beautiful new home—and although it's never easy to say goodbye, we hope you'll think of us for your next project.
